Sizes

Sizes in our charts are approximate. If you have any concerns about the fit of any of our product, please contact us by any of the above methods, and we will assist you in choosing the best fit for you. We, too, want the fit to be right the first time.

Back Orders

In the event we are out of stock on an item we will ship back orders as soon as possible. Back order items may take 3-4 weeks to ship, depending on the item. We will notify you by e-mail of the status of all back orders. Please notify us if you do not want us to complete the back order process. A credit card payment is required to reserve back ordered items.

Return Policy

• Returns must be received within 14 days of your original purchase.
• Costumes and Dresses must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item.
• Chemicals, makeup and Jewelry are not returnable.
• All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for return authorization.
• Returns that have not been given approval will be refused.
• All products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Items that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or soiled cannot be accepted for return. Shoes should be worn on a carpeted floor for several hours to assure proper fit. Shoes that have any marks on soles or heels cannot be accepted for return.
• Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Special order items and/or custom-designed products will not be accepted for return.

Shipping Charges

We offer several shipping options. The most economical method is UPS ground. Delivery by this method can be expected in 1-7 days in the Continental US, depending on your location. You may also request UPS next day or 2nd day. We also ship via Fedex and US Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated on total weight at checkout.

Sales Tax:

Taxable items shipped to the State of Massachusetts will be charge the sales tax rate of 5%.
