Please include a phone number with all orders so we may contact you with any questions.

Sizes

Sizes in our charts are approximate. If you have any concerns about the fit of any of our product, please contact us by any of the above methods, and we will assist you in choosing the best fit for you. We, too, want the fit to be right the first time.

Back Orders

In the event we are out of stock on an item we will ship back orders as soon as possible. Back order items may take 3-4 weeks to ship, depending on the item. We will notify you by e-mail of the status of all back orders. Please notify us if you do not want us to complete the back order process. A credit card payment is required to reserve back ordered items.

Return Policy

• Returns for refund must be received within 7 days of your original purchase.
• No returns accepted after 30 days.
• Costumes and Dresses must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item.
• Chemicals, makeup and Jewelry are not returnable.
• All returns must be authorized. Please contact us for return authorization.
• Returns that have not been given approval will be refused.
• All products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Items that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or soiled cannot be accepted for return. Shoes should be worn on a carpeted floor for several hours to assure proper fit. Shoes that have any marks on soles or heels cannot be accepted for return.
• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
• Special order items and/or custom-designed products will not be accepted for return.
• Warehouse drop shipments will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges. No exceptions.
  

Shipping Charges

We offer several shipping options. The most economical method is US Postal Service. Delivery by this method can be expected in 1-3 days in the Continental US, depending on your location. You may also request UPS ground, next day, or 2nd day. We also ship via Fedex. Shipping charges are calculated on total weight at checkout.

Taxable items shipped to the State of Massachusetts will be charge the sales tax rate of 6.25%.
